How to show only newly uploaded files in gridview

In Gmail it is attached to that particular email. So here also you will need to build some database with tables where you can store the file references

sir as my thinking when first time file upload so that time it should store in the file and after some time it should automatically move from file to database so second time when again file will upload then it should show only newly uploaded file in gridview.

if my logic is correct then plz help me to how to move data from file to gridview.

or if you have better suggestion then plz share to me.

No there is no automatic way in ASP.Net after upload run some event where you will save uploaded files in database or some new folder

Well you need to built some logic to indentify old and new files. Other than that there's no way out
