How I can change gridview pagination format

according below thread I used pagination for gridview

here it shows paging like below

1 2 3 4 5 ... Last 

and when I click on 5 again it shows

1 2 3 4 5 ... Last

I want when  I click on 5 it shows like below:

5 6 7 8 9 ... Last

how I can do it?
