Disable the whole page if JavaScript is disabled in browser

Sir,

I am using java script function for some calculation in my application.

For this, in client machine's browser the java script shold br enable.

My requirement is when user disable the java script in browser,

the page should be stable ie, user can't perform any action such as click on click etc

How to achieve this?
