How to read programmatically generated Barcodes in ASP.Net using Barcode Reader

By your help i used the barcode example to my application and it generaed barcode perfectly  nw i want to know that can this barcode image is readable by a barcode reader device ?

please tell me if Yes then how and if no then why and how to do ?
