Convert 2D image to 3D in Windows Forms Application using C#

hi all,

     i need to convert my  image into 3D image  using c# windows application,

i had search so many other sites also but i couldn't find the exact  code . so that i have my queryies here . please tell me is it possible to convert image into 3D image in c# windows application?

if it is possible , please give me a comments or else give me a preffered link.
