Here Mudassar Ahmed Khan has explained with an example, how to capture still image / photo / picture from Web Camera (Webcam) without using Flash in ASP.Net with C# and VB.Net.

In order to capture images from Web Camera (Webcam), an HTML5 based jQuery Webcam.js plugin will be used.
