How create and access User Controls in Windows Forms ( Winforms ) Application

       How to create the Basic User Control Like UserDetails And how can i access the control properties in winforms

for example: i just created a UserDetails control Using with the no.of textboxs But i can't access the textbox text property is not accesble in form Like normal TextBox in C#.Net please give the srcreenshots for every stepin the basic usercontrol creation in C#.Net
