[Solved] Problem with Unicode (UTF-8) characters in iTextSharp C# .Net

You need reference a Unicode Font and to do that replcae the following line

Font NormalFont = FontFactory.GetFont("Arial", 12, Font.NORMAL, Color.BLACK);

with

BaseFont bf = BaseFont.CreateFont(Environment.GetEnvironmentVariable("windir") + @"\fonts\ARIALUNI.TTF", BaseFont.IDENTITY_H, true);
Font NormalFont = new iTextSharp.text.Font(bf, 12, Font.NORMAL, Color.BLACK);

And it will work for you.
