How to maintain Session / Cookies / ViewState in Windows Forms Application

There is no concept of Session/Cookies variables in windows forms. What you can do is

Create a Static class that holds the User information needed across the application .

In your case it would be something like

public static class UserInfo
{
    public static string UserRole;
}

Now you can access the UserRole simply from anywhere in your code

MessageBox.Show(UserInfo.UserRole);

Or set the values like

UserInfo.UserRole = "Admin";
